Customization options include product appearance design, LED wavelength configuration, power adjustment, control program customization, logo printing, packaging design, and user manual creation.
Sample development typically requires 7-10 business days depending on project complexity. Sample fees are charged at cost and may be credited toward bulk order payments at Furshin's discretion.
All custom design files, specifications, and artwork submitted by the buyer remain the intellectual property of the buyer. Furshin will not reproduce, share, or use buyer-submitted designs for any third party without explicit written consent.
Furshin reserves the right to decline customization requests that conflict with existing patents, violate applicable regulations, or pose safety risks.
Shipping & Delivery
Lead times, logistics, and risk transfer
Standard production lead time for bulk orders is 15-20 business days after order confirmation and deposit clearance. Lead times may vary for large-volume or highly customized orders.
Furshin ships globally via sea freight, air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Shipping terms are negotiated per order and typically follow EXW or FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou Incoterms.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Furshin strongly recommends buyers arrange comprehensive cargo insurance for all international shipments.
Furshin is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Quality Assurance & Warranty
Our commitment to product quality
All Furshin products undergo strict quality control procedures including component inspection, assembly verification, aging testing, and final product inspection before shipment. Our products are manufactured in compliance with international standards and support FDA, CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications.
Furshin provides a standard 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions, commencing from the shipment date. The warranty covers:
- LED component failure not caused by misuse or physical damage
- PCB and circuit board defects under normal operating conditions
- Power supply failures attributable to manufacturing defects
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, water damage, electrical surges, or normal wear and tear. Claims must be submitted with photographic or video evidence within 7 days of discovering the defect.
Intellectual Property
Protecting both parties' creative assets
All product designs, technical drawings, manufacturing processes, and proprietary technologies developed by Furshin remain the exclusive intellectual property of Furshin. Buyers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Furshin's standard product designs solely for the purpose of resale under the buyer's brand.
Custom designs, logos, packaging artwork, and branding materials provided by the buyer remain the intellectual property of the buyer. Furshin will not disclose, reproduce, or use such materials for any purpose other than fulfilling the buyer's order.
The buyer warrants that all artwork, logos, and designs submitted for OEM/ODM production do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. The buyer shall indemnify Furshin against any claims arising from such infringement.
Confidentiality
How we protect sensitive business information
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, pricing details, product specifications, and business strategies exchanged during the course of their business relationship.
Furshin will not disclose buyer identity, order details, custom product specifications, or pricing agreements to any third party without the buyer's explicit written consent, except as required by applicable law or legal proceedings.
Upon request, Furshin is willing to execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to sharing detailed technical specifications or engaging in sensitive product development discussions.
Limitation of Liability
Understanding our mutual responsibilities
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Furshin's total liability to the buyer for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Furshin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or reputational damage, even if Furshin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Furshin is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
